What gets deleted?

Account profile details such as name, avatar, interests, and app preferences.
Personal data linked to your Crewda account, including saved activity and location preferences where applicable.
User-generated content that can be removed from the active service without affecting other users' safety or records.

What may be retained?

Some information may be kept for a limited period if needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or backup recovery reasons.

How it works

Submit the account details connected to Crewda.
We verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
After verification, the account and associated data are queued for deletion.
